Traveling tips for Shanghai

1) Drivers don’t stop for you when you cross the street, especially if they’re making a right turn.
2) Bring tissues/napkins with you to restaurants — many places will charge you if you use the ones they provide. ( This is in an attempt to be greener as a country)

Frito Lay, you rock my world in Asia

Hello from Shanghai!
One of my favorite things about traveling is seeing all the different types of things that they have in grocery stores.
We went to get some snacks yesterday and look at what I found.

And yes, they DO taste like cucumber. I have three other peoples’ taste buds to prove it.

2) [...]

Last minute birthday celebration

Needless to say, I didn’t really think of anything to do to celebrate my birthday (I loved/appreciated all the birthday wishes on [...]
